I am giving you the guidelines for filling up the application form for IGNOU in Hindi medium.

Cost of the prospectus Rs.100 while Rs.150 by post. If applying for a programme requiring entrance test, a demand draft of Rs.400 is to be sent with the entrance form which is in the prospectus.
