I want to take admission in Undergraduate MBBS course the Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute. Please provide me the information about the Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute?

The Sri Ranchandra Medical College was established in 1985. Now it named Sri Ramchandra University. It becomes a University in 2006. It is a Deemed University. The College was established by the Sri Ranchandra Education and Health trust. It has 43 departments.

The University offers many courses but I am informing you about the Undergraduate MBBS Programme. It is five and half year’s duration course. Eligibility is the candidate should have 10+2 passed. There are 150 seats for the students in the course but 10 to 20% of the admissions are reserved for Foreigners & non-resident Indians. Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), Chennai that was formerly known as Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute was set up in year 1985. The University is run by the Sri Ramachandra Education & Health Trust.

Here are some of the dates of the admission to the university for the post graduate courses

The entrance test of the university for the post graduate courses was held on 25/01/2014.

Last date of application form was 10/01/2014.
