The BBM programme has been developed to prepare students to meet the requirements of organizations in the Shipping and Logistics sector.

The commencement of the classes is in End July / Early August.
Duration: the duration of this course is 3 years or 6 semesters.
Eligibility:
The candidates must pass in Higher Secondary with 50% marks aggregate with reconized board.
Admission Test:
Test for proficiency in English will be conducted and candidates securing below 50 % will be required to take special coaching to bridge the gap in communication.

Course fees:
Indian Non - Res: Rs. 20,000/-
Indian Res: 24,000/-

Students will be required to choose one of the following 3 focus areas:
1. Liner Trade
2. Port Agency & Chartering
3. Multimodal Transportation
At the end of 2nd year, students will be required to undergo internship for 6 weeks.
The final year focuses on providing students with an integrated and holistic view of business and an in-depth understanding of the chosen area. Students will be required to do 2 projects in the third year in their chosen area.

Following is admission and other information of BBM Shipping Course At AMET University:

The BBM programme has been developed to prepare students understand the Shipping and Logistics sector so that the students will have a fundamental knowledge of the theoretical dimensions of business operations. The BBM programme is built in 3 stages. In the first year the focus is on building the foundation in the core subjects and also training the students to excel in computing skills and communication skills.
At the end of the 1st year, students will be required to undergo internship for 4 weeks.

Eligibility:
Candidate must pass in 10+2 with 50% marks in any subject from any recognized board.

Admission Information:
