Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Program Duration: 5 years Campus: Hobart Next Intake: February 2017 Prerequisite subjects Chemistry at Australian Year 12 level (or equivalent): A grade or equivalent Mathematics at Australian Year 12 Level (or equivalent) is not a pre-requisite subject but is desirable Minimum entry requirements Australian Yr 12 ATAR: 95 QLD OP: 4 UNSWFP: GPA 9.5 WAUFP: CPS 75 STPM: AAA Indian CBSE/CICSE/All India State Board: 95% MUFY: 95% (Average best 4) Trinity FY: 95% (Average best 4) Ontario Secondary School Diploma (2003 onwards): 89 GCE A Levels: AAA UEC/MICSS: A1 average IB: 36 (including bonus points) Korean IKHCC: 3.7 South African Snr Cert: 32 (Aggregate of 6 subjects at higher grade) Sri Lankan SLGCE: 15 (Aggregate of best 3 at the higher level) Thai Mattayom 6: 3.7 English Language Requirements IELTS (Academic) Overall 7.0 (no band less than 7.0), within the last 24 months; or TOEFL (iBT) 100 (no skill below: Reading 25; Listening 25; Speaking 23; Writing 27) within the last 24 months; or PTE Academic 65 with no score lower than 65 within the last 24 months ISAT Test The University of Tasmania does require applicants to have an ISAT Score.
