Hi I would like to have the information about Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private limited (RGPPL) as well as the share holding of NTPC in the company?

Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private limited (RGPPL) was fused under the Companies Act, 1956 on 08th July, 2005 and is advanced by NTPC Limited and GAIL (India) Limited. The organization was set up to takeover and restore the advantages of Dabhol Power Company Project. RGPPL claims an Integrated Power era and Re-gasified LNG office. The power station is one of the India's substantial gas based joined cycle control station.

The organization has its plant situated at Village Anjanwel, District Ratnagiri in the condition of Maharashtra (India) about 330 KM from Mumbai, 45 KM off the Mumbai-Goa National Highway (NH-17). The beautiful venture site is spread in just about 1700 Acres of uneven beach front territory
