Hi I am interested in knowing the functions which are carried out by Directorate Of Technical Education, Maharashtra State which also conduct the MHT CET examination?

The part of the Directorate is to keep up, improve the standard, nature of specialized instruction by laying the approaches, setting up creating Govt. Foundations, directing regulating the helped, private establishments, associating with industry and national level foundations, co-ordinating with different bureaus of State Government, Government of India Statutory Organizations and to add to the improvement of industry society on the loose.

Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell might direct "Basic Entrance Test" MHT-CET-2016 for admission to First Year of Full Time Degree Courses of Health Sciences (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, BP&O and BSc. Nursing, B.V.Sc. and AH) and Technical Education (Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Pharm. D.) for the scholastic year 2016-2017.

The said Common Entrance Test was held on Thursday, 05th May 2016
