Can I do change IBPS Specialist Officer Exam Centre as I want to do change it from Ajmer with Kota ??

As per me there is no appeal for the change of place for IBPS Specialist Officer Exam Centre should entertain.Department has right to change any of the Examination Centres and add some other Centres, at its discretion and has right to allot the candidate to any centre.
