Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi was established in 1985

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) through a portal called FlexiLearn provides free learning for people who wish to learn online.

As you asking I am telling IGNOU FlexiLearn platform was launched by Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Hon’ble President of India on November 19, 2015, for free and easy access to open courses of the Indira Gandhi National Open University. At present, over then 670 programs in various disciplines are available on the platform.
