IILM Vs IIPM

Can you tell me which is better between IILM Graduate School of Management and Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) to pursue Management course?

I find IILM Graduate School of Management is a god institute to pursue Management course as Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) is not recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
