- You should have passed both Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination separately with at least 50 percent marks.
- You must have Passed Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination with second division separately.

Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University conducts entrance exam for admission in PhD course

Eligibility for PhD Admission at CCS University
-You should have a second class Master’s degree with 50% marks in the subject concerned
OR
Second class Master’s degree, with minimum 55% marks in concerned subject, approved by The Board of Studies.

Procedure for Registration
-You shall submit an application to the university on a prescribed form, along with the required fee
-You have to submit detailed synopsis through the supervisor and the Head of the Department Institution concerned, or the Principal of an approved research centre. – You will deliver an open pre-registration seminar on the topic in the department/research centre in the presence of the faculty members, research scholars and Post-Graduate students in this respect.
-The supervisor will submit a certificate along-with the application form to the research degree Committee that the candidate has delivered the seminar satisfactory.
- If your Application for registration, complete in all respects then you shall be placed before the Research Degree Committee of the subject and will appear, before the R.D.C., for presentation and discussion
