NICSI Empanelment Rates

Hello sir, is there any one can provide me detail of National Informatics Centre Services Inc Empanelment Rates?

The National Informatics Centre Services Inc is provides Empanelment Rates. This NICSI is provides two Law Firms out of the technically qualified firms whose combined total turnover in the three reference years viz. 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 will be H1 and H2 will be empanelled for a period of three years, which can be extended by another one year through mutual consent.

In case of extension of empanelment, the empanelled Law Firms shall revalidate the Security Deposit for the extended period.

Rates payable for legal services by NICSI:

Particulars Amount (Rs.)

Appearance in Court : Effective 2500/- per case per day

Appearance : Non Effective 1500/- per case per day

Outstation Appearance : Daily Fees 4500/- per day

Conference Fees ( Per Hour) 1500/- per hour

Perusal of Case papers and giving opinion ( Per case) 7500/- per case

Drafting of Contracts / Petitions 18500/- per case

Vetting of Agreements, MoUs or Tender documents 2500/- per document
NIC can operate NICSI empanelment with all its terms and conditions.
