Virasat is a cultural festival comprising all aspects of Indian cultural heritage, and is held at various educational institutions across India.

It is organized by SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth) which was established in 1977.

This week-long festival includes performances and workshops in Indian folk and classical arts, literature, crafts, talks, theatre, cinema and yoga

Virasat is one such cultural fest conducted by REACH (Rural Entrepreneurship for Art & Cultural Heritage) which is a Non-Profit organization which makes the dream (Virasat) happens.

Virasat is listed among one of the famous and most awaited event of the city every year. It has been functioning with the aim of keeping alive the spark of culture and heritage in India.

It is conducted all over India with many people actively participating and putting an effort in meeting the aim. It includes a number of skits, performances and stalls which represent different states culture and tradition.
