I want to know the eligibility and the pattern of Banaras Hindu University Pre Medical Test BHU PMT exam so can you tell me?

Banaras Hindu University Pre Medical Test BHU PMT is an All India Level Entrance Test conducted for admission in the MBBS and other courses available under Institute of Medical Studies (IMS).

BHU PMT Eligibility Criteria

Passed intermediate / 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together.

For MBBS/BDS/BAMS:

Minimum of 50% marks for general and 45% for general-PC candidates and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST and respective PC candidates.

For B.Pharm:

Minimum of 60% marks for general / OBC and respective PC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST and respective PC candidates.

Minimum age limit of the candidates is 17 years.

Candidates appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.

BHU PMT Paper Pattern

The Exam will be conducted in two sections:

Physics 50 question 3 Hours
Chemistry 50 question
Biology 50 question
Botany 50 question
Zoology

Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks

1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer
