Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is Located in one of the most posh areas of Mumbai - Juhu. It is Located close to Vile Parle station which connects it well to the rest of Mumbai by means of railways. There is Hostel Facility Provided by SVKM The girls hostel is very good but the boys hostel is very OK. It is not necessary to stay in the hostel. Only outstation students are eligible for hostel. Crowd & Campus Life: Majority of the Crowd is From Mumbai. There is No Campus as Such So not Much Happens in Case of sports or the various activities happening in the various institutes having hostels. The Life is still Great here because you get to stay in Mumbai. There are festivals which happen on the campus but they are of no comparison to other popular festivals. Fees & Placements: NMIMS Charges around Rs. 9 Lakh for the two year course. 372 students were placed with an average salary of 13.1 lakh. There were 112 companies participating in the campus recruitment program The major recruitment here too was in the finance and banking sector The major which offered jobs were : ICICI, JP Morgan Chase, ITC, L’Oreal, Wipro, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Cognizant, HCL, IBM, Accenture, Mindtree, GE, LnT and many other companies Entrance Exams and Courses Offered: NMIMS conducts its own entrance test called the NMAT. NMIMS offers a Full Time MBA program, which is further broken up into MBA in the Core program (finance, marketing, etc), MBA in Banking & Insurance, and MBA in Pharmacy.
