Educational Qualification:

(i) One must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or an Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government.

(ii) One must have adequate knowledge in basic computer skill.


Age :
One must not be under 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 years

The upper age-limit was relaxable by 5 years for candidates of Scheduled Castes(S.C.), Scheduled Tribes(S.T.), Socially & Educationally Backward Classes(S.E.B.C.), Women and 10 years in respect of PWD candidates.

Ex-serviceman who had put in minimum 6 months continuous service in Armed Forces of the Union was allowed to deduct the period of such service from actual age and if the resultant age not exceeds the maximum age limit deemed to satisfy the conditions regarding age limits.
