I have given GATE Exam and want to do M.Tech degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU). Can you tell is GATE student valid for doing M.Tech degree from here also tell list of departments available by UPTU also provide me important dates for admission?

The Uttar Pradesh Technical University, now known as the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University will conduct a written exam to fill the vacant seats after the admissions of the GATE qualified applicants for the UPTU M.Tech Admission

Eligibility Criteria:

You must have a valid GATE score

You must have passed B.E/B.Tech in their respective disciplines with a minimum of 60% in aggregate (54% of SC/ST/PwD candidates).

Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in Uttar Pradesh will be given preference over all candidates

Non GATE candidates will be given admissions on the basis of their performance in the written test for the vacant seats left after allotment to GATE candidates
