Hi I want to get some detail about the Biomechanics (BMEC) Track of the Carnegie Mellon University CMU so can you please tell me some details for the same so I can have an idea??

Well the Carnegie Mellon University is a private research university in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The BMEC track addresses the application of solid or fluid mechanics to biological and medical systems.

It provides quantitative understanding of the mechanical behavior of molecules, cells, tissues, organs, and whole organisms.

In addition to the Biomedical Engineering core requirements, students must fulfill the following requirements:

One (1) Required BMEC Elective
Two (2) BMEC Electives (either Required or Additional)
