Size Of Photograph for JEE Main

Hello sir I am here as I want to know the Size of the Photograph for filling online application form of JEE Main so will you please tell me the Size??

Hey!!! Size of the Photograph for filling online application form of JEE Main should be more than 4 kb and less than 40 kb.

Other Instruction for Photograph Uploading is:

-Candidate should not be wearing caps or goggles while taking the image. Spectacles are allowed.

-It should be color or black and white but with clear contrast.

-Photo should not be taken using a mobile phone.

-Scan the image using a scanner.

-Width and height should be 3.5 cm and 4.5 cm respectively. You can crop the image using tools like MS Paint (in windows) or GIMP (in linux).

-Save the image as .jpeg / .jpg file.


Instructions for Signature and Thumb Impression for filling online application form of JEE Main


Signature

-Take a white sheet of paper and mark an area of size 3.5 cm by 1.5 cm.

-Sign inside the area.

-The signature should be done by candidate only. It should be same as the signature done by the candidate in other official documents.

-Scan the sheet and crop along the marked area.

-Save the image as .jpeg / .jpg file.

-Size of the file should be more than 1 kb and less than 30 kb.


Thumb impression

-Again on a white sheet of paper mark an of size 3.5 cm by 1.5 cm.

-Place your left hand thumb impression and right hand thumb impression if you do not have left hand thumb or any finger if both thumbs are not there.

-Scan and save it as .jpeg/ .jpg file.

-Size of the file should be between 1 kb and 30 kb.
