Go to the official Website of UPSC

On Homed page You will find out What's New Section Which is given in Midd Right Side

In this Section Click on Given Link
e-Admit Card - Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2016




After that on next page click on To Download e-Admit Click Here Option




Then on next page Click on Yes option Given in Bottom



Then on Next page you have two Option Select any of the given option

By Registration Id
By Roll Number
