IIT JEE Wrong Questions

Hello sir I want to know is there any negative marking for wrong question so can you please give me its details ?

Hey as per my idea yes there is negative marking for wrong question in IIT JEE and here I am giving you its details

Marking Scheme:
The marking scheme of the exam will be +4 and -1/4.
This means, that four marks will be awarded for marking the correct answer and for marking the incorrect answer 1/4 marks will be deducted.

Time Limit:
Candidates will have three (3) hours to solve all the questions in the exam. However, candidates with physical disability of, or above, 40% will be allotted an extra hour to finish the exam.

Language:
The question paper of JEE Main 2016 will be available in English and Hindi language

Mode of Examination:
The Paper-I will be held in both Computer Based (CBT) mode and Pen and Paper Mode (P&P).

Question Type:
There will 30 question in each section and it will be of Multiple Choice Type.
