PSG Institute of Medical Sciences is a private college located in Coimbatore was established in 1985. The institute is affiliated to Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute.

The institute offers MBBS program. The duration of the course is 5 ½ years. The fee for the course is around 2.5 lakhs per annum.

PSG Institute of Medical Sciences has increased MBBS Seats from 100 to 150 from 2013-14. The increase is done with the approval of Medical Council of India.
