Visit your college and collect the form for issue of duplicate marksheet and fill up the form and get Xerox copies of
Aadhar card
FIR copy.
Matric certificate
Your consolidated itm marksheet
Original court affidavit.
Carry all these things and visit the examination controller.they will ask you to get a challan of rs200.
Submit at the recommended counter n you will have to visit after seven days to collect it.
