How To Prepare For Indian Overseas Bank PO Exam

Please tell me some tips to prepare for Indian Overseas Bank PO Exam and please also get the syllabus so that I can check it easily?

Here I’m telling you some tips

First of all prepare notes for important chapters so that you can remember easily
Try to solve exam paper as much as you can
Always go through the syllabus of exam
Try go for mock test for this exam
Sleep at least for 6-7 hours to refresh your mind

Here is the syllabus

English- The questions will be asked from general sense which wil include- Verbs, Nouns, Pronouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, Idioms & proverbs, vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension passages

Computer Awareness- The candidates will be asked the questions based on MS- Word, MS- Excel, MS- Powerpoint, MS- Access, usage of Internet, E-mails.

Logical Reasoning- The questions will be asked from verbal & non- verbal type- Odd man series, Missing pattern, syllogistic reasoning, pattern matching, complete the series, statements & conclusions, arithmetic series, blood relations, seating arrangements

General Awareness- The questions will be asked from current affairs of national & international level, important dates & events ongoing in India & World, social; economical; political issues ongoing in country. Some questions will also be asked based on sports, history of India.

Here is the exam pattern

So, there will be total of 200 Questions of 200 marks in the written exam.
