AIIMS is provides its Academic Allowance for its Professor , Addl. Prof , Assoc. Prof and Asst.Prof posts.

A Study of cost incurred by AIIMS on various categories of Faculty members was carried out by the Department of Hospital Administration, using the Cost to Company (CTC) method.
