The mission of TRU is to be a comprehensive, learner-centered, environmentally responsible institution that serves its regional, national, and international learners and the communities through high quality and flexible education, training, research and scholarship. MBA Application Process TRU MBA application package must include: • A personal resumé • A 1,000-word cover letter outlining education/career plans and ambitions • An official copy of your transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended (including a certified English language copy if original transcripts are not in English) • TRU graduates do not need to request TRU transcripts • A non-refundable application fee • One whose second language is English must instruct testing services to send a copy of the TOEFL or IELTS or iBT results Optional Components: • Reference Letters • GMAT Score After submitting online application, one will receive an email from Graduate Admissions office requesting supporting documentation. Final application deadlines • September intake: May 31 • January intake: Oct. 15 • May intake: Feb. 15 Future Canadian Students Two-Year Program Year One MBA Foundation (two semesters) • Managerial statistics • Financial accounting • Management accounting • Global economics • Marketing management • Human resource management Students who successfully complete the MBA Foundation level courses with a B (GPA of 3.00) or better in each course can apply to be awarded a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
