Hi I would like to have information about the HCL Intranet Portal as well as the steps to create a login id for HCL employees?

My HCL is a confined access site and is proposed for the select use by representatives of HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCL). HCL holds all rights to the site and any infringement or unapproved access to the site will be managed as per the pertinent laws.

For workers: You are required to entirely comply with HCL's Information and Security arrangements, particularly in keeping up the classification of your HCL ID and Password. Any unapproved use, appropriation or transmission of the substance of the site for open or business objects is entirely restricted. Any duplicates produced using the site, whether printed copy or electronic, must be taken care of with secrecy and the utilization of such data should be confined just to the proposed use. In the occasion of suspicion of a security break or unapproved access, it must be promptly answered to HCL's IT Team. You consent to conform to pertinent laws and controls representing the utilization of PC and telecom innovation. Steps to create a login for Intranet Portal:

1. Get Temporary Password:
Login to the Intranet Home Page –



Check for the option "Forgot Password"
a)Put your HCL User code (Employee Code)
b)Your Date of Birth (Format - DD/MM/YYYY)
You will receive an E-Mail containing Temporary password (on your registered Email-Id) and you will also receive an OTP on your registered Mobile Number. You can use any one of them for registration.

2. Register Yourself:
Register yourself with the link "Register" provided in the e-mail or use



and Check for the option "Register Yourself"
Use the temporary password received in the e-mail (Refer 1.(iii) above) or use the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
You will be asked to provide a new Password, which will be now your actual Password to access the Intranet site.

3. Access Intranet
i. Use the new Password to access the Intranet either from -



4. In case of "Forgot Password" or "Password Locked"
i. Please repeat steps from 1 to 3 as mentioned above.
* Your Password will be Locked, if you fail to provide correct login credentials in 7 attempts.
* New Password should not be same as of last 3 used password.
* To create an @hcl.com email id. Please goto Intranet -> Employee Self Services -> MIS -> Email Request
* In case your mobile number is not updated, raise request at - hrmypal@hcl.com for updation of the same.
