Yes Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) School of Economics, Faculty of Management, conducted a two week ISTE workshop in collaboration with IIT, Bombay on “Environmental Studies” from 2nd June to 12th June , 2015 under the coordination of Dr. Pabitra Kumar Jena, Assistant Professor, School of Economics, Faculty of Management as Workshop Coordinator and Dr. Naveen Kumar Gondhi, Assistant Professor, School of Computer Science and Engineering, as Remote Center Coordinator.

The workshop was sponsored by National Mission on Education through ICT, MHRD, Government of India.

The workshop was targeted to train the faculties in various aspects of Environmental Studies so as to enhance their skills in teaching and research.
