Hi I am student of KU university and I have no idea about the exams result for the B.Tech 2nd year 2nd semester program so can you tell me some information about the result?

You want result details of B.Tech 2nd year 2nd semester program so its result is declared and for go on result page you have to you have to click on result link than on next page you have to click on B.Tech 2nd year 2nd semester result. After this you will reach on result page where for seeing result you have to hall ticket number, security code and then have to click on submit button.
