Hello sir, I am Manav Sharma. I am from Hyderabad. I want you to help me by giving me some information about the difference between State Bank of India and State Bank of Hyderabad. Can you tell me what the difference between the two is? As you have asked about the difference between State Bank of India and State Bank of Hyderabad, I am giving you information about it, check below for the details State Bank of India is a government owned bank, oldest in India as it traces it's roots to British India, later taken over by Indian Government. The difference between them is State Bank of India is the largest bank and state bank of Hyderabad is only an Associate Bank of SBI. All the SBx banks are associate banks of State Bank of India. Earlier there were seven such banks, now there are five. All the SBx banks were then the presidency banks, formed by the princely states. After nationalisation, Indian government took over these banks and made them the associate banks of State Bank of India, and they use the same logo as SBI. The associate banks of State Bank of India are: State Bank of Patiala State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur State Bank of Hyderabad State Bank of Indore State Bank of Mysore State Bank of Travancore Last edited by Aakashd; February 24th, 2020 at 04:28 PM. |
