I want to take part in UGC test in the month of December, so will you give me the date of UGC test Dec date, & also provide me the test syllabus, as a PDF format.

You want to take part in UGC test in the month of December but upcoming dates of the December month dates has announced.
I am giving you tentative dates for this year.

CSIR UGC NET December 2012:

Last date for receipt of application form: Monday, September 24, 2012.
Date of written test: Sunday, December 23, 2012.
