Kurukshetra University LLM Correspondence

I want to do LLM correspondence course from Kurukshetra University, so please give me the eligibility of the Kurukshetra University LLM Correspondence course. Also tell me from where I can get the application form?

For admission in LLM correspondence courses of Kurukshetra University the candidate should have done LLB from any recognized university.

The Prospectus , admission form and other details can be obtained on payment of Rs 400/- (Rs 100/- for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) from the Manager (P&P), Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra-136119

The application form may also be obtained from the University press counter or by post by sending a Bank draft of Rs 450/- (Rs 150/- for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) in favour of the Registrar, Kurukshetra University payable at Kurukshetra

The candidate may apply till 28th September, 2012

I have appeared in M.A (p) & (F) in year 1997-98 respectively, my result was re-appear till 2000. I could not be re-appeared in the exam due to some unavoidable circumstances. Now i wish to appear for the same by grant of mercy chance. Is there is any provision for this chance. Please advise me earliest.
