BPUT worst university

Hi buddy I want to do B.tech from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) , but some my friend says this is worst, burt would like to know your review about this university, can you tell me ??

BPUT (Biju Patnaik University of Technology), Rourkela was created by an act of the Odisha state legislature in November 2002.

BPUT (Biju Patnaik University of Technology), has a post graduation institute of its own called as - Center for Advanced Post Graduate Studies. It is situated in southern part of its Chhend campus. :

Exactly actually this happened with me i was in 3rd sem (electrical) I gave all the subject. And i was sure that i would pass in every subject except for one where i literally didn't write anything.., and guess what, in the result ..i failed in the subjects i knew i was going to pass.. and pass in one subject that too the one i was going to fail
