Hey as Kashmiri food is mild in taste and rich in flavor with high use of hot
spices like cardamom, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and safron.
Influenced by mughals,

"Qabargaah" (Kashmiri Muslims commonly refer to this dish as Tabakhmaaz)

Goshtaba

Lyodur Tschaman

Matschgand, lamb meatballs in a gravy tempered with red chillies

Modur Pulaav

Monji Haak/Gogji Haak

Mujh Gaad, a dish of radishes with a choice of fish.

Nadir Yakhin

"Shaem", which is similar to Goshtaba

Qeleeya, a delicate preparation of lamb cooked in a milk-based gravy
incorporating bay leaves and turmeric.

Rogan Josh, a lamb based dish, cooked in a gravy seasoned with liberal
amounts of Kashmiri chillies
