Average Grade For UPCAT

I am planning to take admission in University of the Philippines Diliman and for this I know I have to give the UPCAT Exam. Will you UPCAT Eligibility along with the list of subjects from which question asked in the exams also provide details of UP Cut Off AVG Grades or Scores?

UP (University of the Philippines) offers a wide range of degree programs. Some degree programs are offered in only one campus (e.g., BS Nursing, BA Filipino) while others are offered in two or more campuses (e.g., B Fine Arts, BS Statistics).

Most of these require qualification through the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT).

UPCAT Eligibility:

Individuals that are considered eligible for the UPCAT should be any one of the following:

A senior student of any secondary school that is accredited by the Department of Education;
A graduate of any secondary school that is accredited by the Department of Education, or of any secondary school found abroad; or
Any individual that has been declared eligible to enter college according to the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) results.

The UPCAT consists of 4 subtests:

Language Proficiency
Science
Mathematics and
Reading Comprehension

Standardized scores on these subtests are combined with the weighted average of final grades in the first three years of high school to determine qualification into UP.

The number on the left refers to the UPCAT cut-off standard, while the number on the right refers to the cut-off for reconsideration appeals:

U.P. Diliman: 2.2 (only for the UPCAT; reconsideration is not applicable)
U.P. Manila: 2.285 – 2.5
U.P. Baguio: 2.659 – 2.574
U.P. Tacloban: 2.7 – 2.7
U.P. Cebu: 2.7 – 2.7
U.P. Iloilo: 2.7 – 2.7
U.P. Mindanao: 2.75 – 2.75
U.P. Los Banos: 2.42 – 2.8
