USE of MBA After Engineering

Hi buddy I have completed B.tech and some of my friend saying to do MBA , so can you tell me what is the USE/benefit of MBA After Engineering

After completed B.tech if you will do MBA then can you also get job in management department as like , if you did b.tech in computer science can work in the IT industry (primarily software development & testing roles) and fact that the software industry takes up 2 out of 4 slots here, gets reflected in the actual MBA applications as well.
