Requirements for the post :
Legal qualification:
LLB degree .

Minimum Experience:
Qualification as a solicitor;
In-depth knowledge of the collective investment funds industry and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto;
Strong grasp of trust,
Company and contract law;
Familiarity with AIFMD and UCITS V.

Preferred Experience:
Similar role experience;
English or Scots law qualification;
Operational and execution-based knowledge of property funds;
Operational and execution-based knowledge of derivatives and collateral documents;
Familiarity and knowledge of private equity and investment trusts.
