Hey buddy The SAT (pronounced "S-A-T") Reasoning Test, formerly called the Scholastic Aptitude Test and Scholastic Assessment Test, is a type of standardized test frequently used by colleges and universities in the United States to aid in the selection of incoming students There are 2 types of SAT tests:- SAT-I (SAT Reasoning Test) SAT-II (SAT Subject Test Validity of Scores SAT scores are valid for 5 years. Admission test of IBA is exempted for candidates with SAT scores over 1900. LUMS accepts SAT scores in place of its own test LCAT for undergraduate admissions. Paper Pattern Of SAT The SAT is comprised of 10 total testing sections. The first section is always a 25-minute essay, and the last section is always a 10-minute multiple-choice writing section. The last date for SAT scores to reach NUST is July 15, 2016. Scores received after the deadline will not be entertained. The NUST institutional code to receive SAT scores is 2790. Application Process to SAT Applicants applying on SAT basis have to enter their SAT scores in their application form. Those who do not enter their SAT scores by 15 July 2016 will be assigned zero weighting. For all Programmes, a minimum of 550 SAT score is required in each subject. SAT scores are valid for 2 years. The merit list for candidates applying on the basis of SAT for national seats is prepared separately.
