Give me the exam date for the Staff Selection Commission Because I have applied Junior Engineer in Staff Selection Commission exam. Also tell me about the no of vacancies and age limit.

SSC is inviting the applications for the post of Junior Engineer. The examination will be held on 8th April , 2012.

No of vacancies:
CWC: 82 for Junior Engineers(Civil) & 23 for Junior Engineers(Mech)
MES: 155 for Junior Engineers(Civil) & 91 for Junior Engineers(Electrical/Mech) 13 for JE(Quantity Surveying & Contracts)
CPWD: 192 for Junior Engineers(Civil) & 186 for Junior Engineers(Electrical)

For applying the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years.

Staff Selection Commission invites applications for the post of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Civil & Electrical, Electrical & Mechanical, QS & C, Civil & Mechanical). Following are the details of recruitment:

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have done Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Application Fee:
1. General & OBC Applicants need to pay fee Rs.100/-
2. SC/ ST/PH Applicants need not to pay fee any fee.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written Exam and Interview.

Important Dates:
Last Date for Submission of Online Application of Paper I: 26-03-2014
Last Date for Submission of Online Application of Paper II: 28-03-2014
Last Date for Submission of Application from (Remote areas): 04-04-2014
Date of SSC Junior Engineer Exam: 25-05-2014
