Choice Filling MBA

What is the choice filling for GCET MBA counseling ? if I not lock the choice , will it lock automatically ?

All the candidates who have qualified the GCET MBA exam have to fill their choices of courses and colleges. On the basis of that choice college will allot to students .

Choice filling :

Fill college choice form and submit it .

Based on this submission candidates will be allocated seats in Counseling.

Students have to arrange the options filled by them in the order of preference

Students must have to verify the order before final locking of choices.

In case a candidate forgets or fails to LOCK his/her choices, the last saved order of choices will be Automatically Locked for Counseling.

These options will be evaluated by the computer and seats will be allocated on the basis of candidates’ merit, vacancy and annual intake of various colleges.

Documents Required while counseling for GCET MBA :

Original counseling letter along with photocopy of counseling letter

Original Admit card along with photocopy of admit card

Bank draft has to be made as per the guidelines mentioned on GCET MBA prospect

All the original and at least 2 photocopy of certificates of 10th & 12th class

Rank Card / Hall Ticket

Score card (if applicable)

Original degree/provisional certificate if candidate is appearing

Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the authorized authority

Medical documents mentioned on GCET MBA application form

4-6 Passport size photographs color and black and white

Other supportive documents mentioned on GCET MBA application form.
