Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.

Posts Offered and Departments
-Junior Engineer (Civil) and (Electrical) in Central Public Works Department (CPWD) & Department of Posts.
-Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical) in Border Roads Organization (BRO) in Ministry of Defense.
-Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) & Junior Engineer (Quantity Surveying & Contract) in Military Engineering Service (MES)
-Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) in Central Water Commission (CWC) and Farakka Barrage.

Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Qualification:
Applicants should possess Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical discipline from a recognized University Or Institute.

Age Limit:
Applicants minimum age should be 18 years
Age relaxation will be given to the reserved category candidates

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

OBC 03

Physically Handicapped:
General 10
SC/ST 13
OBC 15

Salary Package:
Selected job hunters will receive a salary package of Rs. 9300/- to Rs.34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4200/-.

Application Fee:
-Contenders are required to deposit an application fee of Rs. 100/-.
-Fee should be paid through SBI Challan /net banking any other debit/credit card .
-Women candidates and Aspirants who belong to SC / ST / EXSM / PWD are exempted to pay the fee.
