The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada conducts the AP PGECET for admissions to the M.Tech/ M.E programmes in Andhra Pradesh. The AP PGECET is a State Level Common Entrance Test conducted by JNTU on behalf of APSCHE.

AP PGECET Participating Universities:
-Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur
-Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
-Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur
-Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada
-Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapur
-Sri Padmavathi Mahila University, Tirupathi
-Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati
-Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry


Eligibility Criteria:
-Candidates must be Indian Nationals.
-Candidates must also be from Andhra Pradesh and must meet the domicile guidelines
-They must have passed B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in the respective disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case candidate belonging to reserved category)
-Candidates who have completed their masters like M.Sc have to check the eligibility criteria specified by the individual university to check their eligibility.
-Candidates who have valid GATE scores are exempt from the entrance exam and have to apply separately.

Last Date for submission of online applications April 20, 2016
With late fee Till May 21, 2016
Download of Hall Tickets May 19 to 21, 2016
AP PGECET 2016 Exam May 25 to 27, 2016
Result June 102016
Counselling July, 2016
