Mumbai Institute of Management and Research has been started in year 2004 by Bhartiya Gramin Punarrachana Sanstha (BGPS) to conduct MBA / MMS program approved by AICTE. The trust was registered in the year 1984.
The Institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai & is approved by A.I.C.T.E. New Delhi.The admissions and other administrative details are governed by the goverment of Maharastra through D.T.E. The administion are approved by Pravesh Niyantranb Samiti.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)/MMS is a 2years full time post graduation programme affiliated to the University of Mumbai & is approved by A.I.C.T.E. New Delhi.
