Rs.4.35 lacs (Approx.) CTC during 1st year and Rs. 5.11 lacs (Approx.) CTC during 2nd year of Contract or Commensurate with qualification & experience.

Upon successful completion of 2 yrs' contract period:
Absorption in Officer Cadre grade GREO-08 with total approx CTC of Rs. 9.47 Lacs per annum.


Eligibility Criteria
MSW/MLW/MPM/Graduate in any discipline with 1st class with MBA(HR)/MHRM (2 years' full time course) from reputed institute / University.

Min. 2-3 years of post qualification experience on similar position in the field of HR in large industrial organization.
Incumbent should have an in-depth experience in the areas of industrial Relations, Disciplinary matters & Litigation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Contract Labour Mgt., Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management System, Organizational Development Initiative etc.
Experience of MS Office and other PC Software and familiarity with HRMS/SAP system will be an added advantage.
