GATE Exam Dates

I am taking part in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Exam so I want to know about the exam so please can you give me the date of exam and also provide me the all important dates for the exam?

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination.

GATE is conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven IITs on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), and Government of India.

GATE Online application is going to start on date 01st September, 2012 & the last date of submitting online application would be 30th September, 2012.

The admission card would be available from 05th December, 2012 on the official website.

GATE would contain questions of four different types in various papers:
Multiple choice questions
Common data questions
Linked answer questions
Numerical answer questions
