Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) etc, have also recruited candidates. Both the
private and public sector companies are expected to recruit more candidates.

The maximum salary offered this year is about 75 lakh rupees per year as
against last year's 20 lakh. 72 percent students in the B Tech and B design
and over 30 per cent students in the M Tech and M design have been placed
till now. In the graduate category, the average salary is 9.7 lakh rupees per
anum and in the masters' category, it is 8.4 lakh rupees per year.
