The University of Mysore is a public state university in Mysore, Karnataka, India. The university was founded during the reign of Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV, the Maharaja of Mysore. It opened on July 27, 1916.



Phd Admission Eligibility Criteira : Applicants who have secured at least 55 percent of aggregate marks (50 percent for SC/ST/CAT-1/Physically Challenged applicants) or equivalent grade under grading system, in their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from the recognized University/Institutions.
