Iowa State University of Science and Technology ISU, is a public land-grant and space-grant research university located in Ames, Iowa, United States. It was established in 1858 The University does not offer part time MBA, it offer Professional MBA program. Professional MBA program- The Professional MBA program curriculum is comprised of ten required, core courses (30 credits) and six elective courses (18 credits). Courses are offered in the evenings (5:50-9:10 pm) in the Capital Square Building in downtown Des Moines. Students tailor their MBA studies by taking six elective courses. Electives are offered in Des Moines and Ames, face-to-face or an online/blended format. Students may choose a specialization area or pursue a general management study plan. Most Professional MBA students complete the program in 2 1/2 years or less. The Fast Track Professional MBA enables students to finish in only two calendar years by taking courses year-round. Application Materials- Online application GMAT or GRE General Test TOEFL or IELTS (international students) Transcripts Resume Two letters of recommendation (academic and work-related sources only) Personal Essay Form Interview by Invitation GMAT (or GRE) Waiver Waiver of the standardized admissions test (GMAT or GRE) will be considered for Professional MBA applicants if – A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.20 from a regionally-accredited U.S. institution, and Five years or more of progressive, professional work experiences. (An earned master’s or doctoral degree may substitute for the five-year experience minimum.)
