UPSC online application for CDS

Please tell me the procedure to get the union public service commission online application for combined defense service exam II because I want to do participate in it exam so I want to get it from net

To get the online application form for CDS exam II Log on to the official website of MPSC . Then Select ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’ link and select the Combined Defence Services Examination II link.

Then Select the Part-I Registration link which consists of personal details, fill all details carefully. After filling up all marked details of Part-I, click on ‘Continue’ button

After part I registration you will get Registration ID so you should retain it for further use.

To fill up Part-II of Application, enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth and submit the Application on or before 02nd July, 2012.
