CCS University Online Registration-12

I want to do online registration -12 of take admission in Choudhary Charan Singh University so please tell me how I can do it from net.

You want to register online on Choudhary Charan Singh University website so for this you have to click on online registration link which is available right hand side of CCS university official website then you will redirect to page where first you have to login by enter user id and password then have to click on login link. After that online registration form will appear.
