The Business Council for Cooperation with India launched the part-1 of The Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 in 1986 to give tariff for Central Duties of Excise. The Act can also be called the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985. Here I have attached a file which has full information about it. So download it and read about it.
